New members are always welcome
We welcome everyone who likes to sing for the joy of it, whether you are an experienced singer or have never sung with others before.

We have three rehearsals a month, on a Sunday afternoon, and two Monday early evenings – singing live at Didsbury Baptist Church (and with a linked Zoom session for singers online from home when necessary). Membership is open to those over 16 years of age. See us in rehearsal HERE

We have a simple statement of values which members agree to
Subscriptions are varied according to ability to pay:
- Band 1 £150 per year, £50 per term
- Band 2 £113 per year, £38 per term
- Band 3 £75 per year, £25 per term.
You can pay the subscription by bank transfer or by cheque. Members are asked to pay at the band appropriate to them.
Manchester Community Choir is a registered charity so, if you are a tax payer, you can boost your subscription payment by up to 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you pay.
And if you would love to sing with us but can’t afford the fees, all is not lost! We have a Choir Assistance Fund and every year we help people with fees and travel expenses for events. Just contact the chair at chair@manchestercommunitychoir.org.uk and let us know what you need.
